CDL A Drivers Earn $2190/WK Home Weekly Rider and Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

These deliveries are 100% touch (freight preloaded and trailer hook and go). Drivers earn $2,190 per week with deliveries running the Midwest and Southeast. All benefits start after 60 days and the driver will have 3‑5 days of training on the account after which driver can have a rider and a pet.

• Drivers pick up loads at DC; trailers are preloaded and the driver hooks and goes.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then $300 for each trailer unloaded. Drivers average about 900‑1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Drivers make 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by placing boxes that weigh 1‑35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel handle inventory and merchandising; drivers only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes a 34‑hour reset at home they may still be on a load. When the week starts, they complete the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals, and drivers are paid $85/Day for orientation.
• Training on the account is 3‑5 days and is paid at $215/Day. After training the driver may have a rider and a pet.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and more.

• Must live in any of the following states or areas: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS; within 200 miles of Memphis, TN; within 200 miles of Marquette, MI; 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA; 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS.
• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional or OTR.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence at the time of application.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following which you may not have in the last three years:
• Major traffic violations
• Preventable rear‑end collisions
• Rollovers
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle:
• 15+ points
• Reckless driving
• Following too closely
• Texting or using a handheld device
