OTR CDL‑A Flatbed Truck Driver
Location: Decatur, Illinois
Hiring Regional CDL‑A Flatbed DriversWe are looking for experienced Regional CDL‑A Flatbed Drivers to join our team in Decatur, Illinois. The role includes driving flatbed loads, managing schedules, and maintaining safety compliance.
CompensationOur top drivers earn $1,300–$1,500 per week.
Earn 27% of load revenue.
Bonuses- $3,000 driver referral bonus
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus
- $1,500 after your first load
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Top‑of‑the‑line equipment – all trucks less than 4 years old
- Home weekends with possibility of home through the week depending on your area
- Conestoga drivers – no tarping
- Flatbed drivers receive $40 tarp pay
- Heavy haul options available (must have multi‑axle experience)
• CDL‑A license
• Experience with flatbed and heavy haul loading
• Ability to work flexible schedules
