The Warehouse Operator is responsible for keeping the warehouse and freezer areas in a safe, sanitary and efficient condition. As the last set of eyes to see TCCA product prior to shipment, the Warehouse Operator inspects all pallets of product and trailers before loading, ensuring accurate inventory in the database (D365). This includes verifying blocks on pallets, proper staging, and shipping the load in the specialized database.

• Warehouse production including hand-scanning staged loads into the D365 system and completing the staging portion of the shipping checklist.
• Staging loads in the warehouse staging area.
• Inspecting the trailer for general cleanliness prior to loading; load trucks.
• Shipping products in the D365 system and completing the shipping portion of the shipping checklist.
• Inspecting and unloading arriving loads of supplies or product. Receiving products into the D365 system.
• Good math and reading skills are required.
• Must be able to work in
  -20 to +90 degree temperatures.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customers.
• Be a team player and interact with staff at all levels of the company.
• Be able to work various shifts (days, graveyard, and swing), weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively. Reliable attendance onsite.
• Be capable of becoming proficient in forklift and pallet jack operations.
• Be computer literate with beginner knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. SharePoint and ERP knowledge such as D365 is a plus.

• High School diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Warehouse experience and/or training is preferred.
• Previous inventory control experience is a plus.
• Good math and reading skills are required.
• Must be able to work various shifts (days, graveyard, and swing), weekends, and holidays.

This is an hourly position with a starting wage of $22.76.

Laboratory:
Shared workstations including testing equipment and computer terminals. Generally quiet, temperature controlled, well lit. May include walking on uneven, slippery surfaces and encountering forklift traffic. Requires standing majority of shift, working with chemicals, walking on uneven, slippery surfaces, stooping, bending and crouching, and climbing stairs and ladders. Duties may include repetitive motion of hands and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Activity distribution:
Standing 50%, Sitting 25%, Walking 10%, Lifting 10%, Climbing 5%.
