Job Summary
Will perform receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and delivery of MRO inventory parts. Will receive incoming inventory into the warehouse through the Maximo system. Required to barcode and label all parts. Stock inventoried items in appropriate locations. Verify purchase order numbers, packing slips, and description of parts. Process all incoming orders into warehouse and pick inventoried items based upon ordering system. Deliver parts to different locations.
Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy of inventory in the system. Kitting Jobs and Shaft Rotation Program.
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
- Lift and maneuver packages of a minimum of 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
- Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
- Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
- Maintain material‑handling equipment by completing pre‑use inspections; making operator repairs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Shift work will be required. Must work holidays if scheduled.
- Safety focused.
- Maximo or other CMMS experience.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Operate a forklift/Grade‑All.
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills.

Temperatures may be up to or exceed 100 degrees. - Fall / Winter:

Outside temperature may be up to or exceed 100 degrees with potential for high humidity; may be exposed to inclement weather conditions including, but not limited to, rain and wind. - Fall / Winter:

- Spring / Summer:
Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Rare lifting above 50 pounds, request assistance. Ability to traverse up to 2 miles during the work day. Move by stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting frequently. May require prolonged sitting or standing and use of ladders.
Regularly sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel and reach, stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
