Key ResponsibilitiesWill perform receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and delivery of MRO inventory parts. Will receive incoming inventory into the warehouse through the Maximo system, required to barcode and label all parts, stock inventoried items in appropriate locations, verify purchase order numbers, packing slips, and description of parts. Will process all incoming orders into the warehouse and pick inventoried items based upon the ordering system.
Deliver parts to different locations. Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy in the system. Shift work will be required.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
- Able to lift and maneuver packages of a minimum of 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
- Maintains material‑handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Education:
no minimum education requirements.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card.
Experience:
1-2 years of Helper level experience.
