Drive innovation and system performance as a Mechanical Engineer in Decatur, IN, applying advanced technical principles to design, test, and elevate custom machinery from concept to completion.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience.
• Work-Life Balance:
  Consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with minimal overtime.

• Design & Develop:
  Create new products, systems, and structures from initial concept through full production.
• Draft & Model:
  Generate detailed drawings, technical specifications, blueprints, and prototypes using CAD software.
• Ensure & Maintain:
  Guarantee all engineering designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental codes while promoting a safe workplace.
• Collaborate & Coordinate:
  Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to align project specs and meet delivery timelines.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Industry Background:
  Experience working directly with automated manufacturing or agricultural machinery systems.

• High School

• 1-4 years

• Experience:
  
  At least 3?5 years of dedicated experience in machine design.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
• Software Proficiency:
  High level of skill with Autodesk Inventor and Microsoft Office.
• Core Competencies:
  
  Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills with a proven track record of testing mechanical systems.
