A busy manufacturing operation is hiring multiple Production Press Operators for both day and night shift openings. This is a hands‑on production role working with stamping presses and progressive die equipment in a fast‑paced environment built around safety, quality, and teamwork.

Production Press Operator Benefits and Compensation:- Starting pay of $18.48/hour
- Additional $0.25/hour attendance incentive for working scheduled weekly hours
- Night shift premium:
- +$0.65/hour during first 90 days
- Increases to +$1.00/hour after 90 days
- 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends:
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or metal stamping experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial equipment or presses strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment
- Comfortable lifting 70–90 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movement throughout the workday
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow production instructions
- Experience with visual inspections or production quality checks preferred
- Ability to maintain production pace while following safety procedures
- Strong attendance and dependability required
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Operate stamping presses and auxiliary production equipment
- Run parts according to production and inspection instructions
- Perform visual inspections and identify quality concerns
- Maintain safe operation around moving equipment
- Keep production areas and dies clean and organized
- Complete production and SPC documentation accurately
- Support daily production goals and overall workflow
Skills:
- Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience
- Progressive die stamping experience
- CNC or fabrication production experience
- Forklift or material handling experience in manufacturing
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
- SPC or production quality documentation exposure
- Strong work ethic and manufacturing reliability
