The Production Scheduling and Planning Manager is responsible for forecasting and preparing schedules for production and raw material purchases/deliveries for multiple facilities, ensuring each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts and orders. The Production Scheduling and Planning Manager will maximize the efficiency of the supply chains for lecithin, bulk and packaged goods while managing to the appropriate amount of inventory at all facilities.

Position reports to the Lecithin Product Manager and also serves as the liason between operations management and supply chain management personnel to ensure all internal and external customer demand is met.
