Job Description
The LPN serves primarily as a phone nurse within a medical office, responsible for caring for and treating patients under the provider’s direction. Key duties include preparing patients for examinations, administering medications and injections, assisting in minor surgeries, and triaging incoming calls for nurse assessments. The nurse maintains crucial patient records, oversees sterilization of instruments, manages supply inventory, conducts laboratory tests, and may handle secretarial responsibilities, including pre-authorization for medications and patient education related to surgeries.

Requirements- 32 hours per week - First Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Valid LPN license in the State of Indiana
