McClure Oil Team Members are the heart of our business. We drive merchandising and marketing initiatives and ensure our customers receive the best in class customer service experience. We promote from within; 80% of Store Managers started as Store Associates. We are hiring Snack Experts (Store Associates) to support our stores.

• Be the friendly face that greets all customers, offers assistance, answers questions, and creates a great customer experience.
• Maintain shelves and coolers stocked.
• Serve as a tour guide, helping customers find their favorite items.
• Handle cash register, process transactions accurately, and ensure seamless flow.
• Work with team members and play a team player role.
• Maintain store cleanliness both inside and outside.
• Master upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to reach, stand and move about for at least 12 hours at a time.
• Must be able to use a ladder, lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. or more.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
