Deliver exceptional customer service and firearm product expertise to customers;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearms laws and complete required firearm compliance training;
Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, and related accessories while providing unbiased recommendations;
Maintain organized firearms displays, label and price products accurately, and process transactions via POS;
Upsell accessories, promote RK Firearms Plus Protection Plan and store loyalty program, and support cross-training across departments
