Prime, Inc. is looking for a self‑motivated, hard‑working individual to join our team as a Pre‑Loader/Local Driver. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to our shipping partners and transporting equipment.

The position requires a driver with experience or an eagerness to learn about local and partial‐load trucking, with a focus on customer service and equipment handling.

• Transporting empty and clean trailers to customer and/or drop yard locations.
• Transporting loaded trailers to the yard to allow drivers to drop‑and‑hook from the yard rather than the customer location.
• Completing pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on trucks and trailers.
• Cleaning truck daily after use.
• Cross‑training to tank wash responsibilities may be required during down time.
• Performing related work as required.
• Schedule:
  
  4 on 4 off, overnights.

Must have either 5 months of OTR experience or 6 months of running a day cab within the last 6 months.

Trucking experience is a plus.

Must have a strong work history and excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or GED required. At least 6 months of recent OTR experience (within the past 24 months) operating a 53‑foot trailer.

Both indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors.

Must have a valid CDL with a clean driving record and must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to being hired.
