Pay: $18 - $20/hr, paid weekly.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is required, as some client locations open as early as 6:00 AM, remain open until 7:00 PM or later, or require occasional weekend coverage. Primary

Support daily office services across multiple client locations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring business operations run smoothly. This position handles mail services, print production, receptionist duties, office equipment support, and general administrative tasks. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Potential Work LocationsPrimary Site:

Occasional Coverage Sites:
- US Cellular – 3301 Armar Drive, Marion, IA
- CRST International – 3930 16th Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids, IA
Another Area Customer Service Coordinator normally covers the Marion and Cedar Rapids locations. Coverage at these sites is only required as business needs arise, such as employee absences.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Office Support- Deliver outstanding customer service to employees and visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Respond to customer requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work assignments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assemble and complete print production jobs.
- Deliver mail, toner, and office supplies throughout client locations.
- Maintain mail and print service areas.
- Replace toner and other printer supplies.
- Submit service requests for copier and printer repairs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, mailroom, print, or office support experience.
- Postsecondary education is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multiple work locations.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic computer and file management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer and equipment issues.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
- Frequently walk throughout client facilities.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Must be willing to travel between client locations, including locations 40-50 miles apart.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided according to company policy.
- Free parking is available at client locations. Any parking expenses will be reimbursed.
