The role of the Agent's Staff Assistant is to help in the day-to-day service and sales activities of a fast‑paced insurance and financial office.

• Meet and greet customers as they enter our place of business.
• Assist in day‑to‑day activity by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service; service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
