The Industrial Engineer will lead process improvement initiatives, utilizing lean methodologies to enhance product flow and reduce work in progress. This role involves managing a team, providing guidance, and enhancing their performance.

• Implement lean practices such as 5S, standard work, and value stream mapping to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
• Support the professional growth of facility employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and flow to enhance productivity.
• Oversee continuous improvement efforts across all areas of the organization.
• Develop plans, monitor project progress, and ensure timely project completion.
• Create equipment layouts and safety measures to maximize plant utilization.
• Manage equipment capital expenditures from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Experience in data collection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated proficiency in throughput improvement processes.
• Knowledge of lean principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
