The Winneshiek CCB is seeking an accomplished leader with demonstrated success, strong motivation, and a passion for conservation to serve as the Executive Director. This position involves strategic planning, budgeting, staff supervision, and community engagement. This position is responsible for planning and directing a wide-ranging program that includes park and trail management, outdoor recreation, environmental education, and natural resources management.
QualificationsMinimum four-year degree, with major course work in natural resources, outdoor recreation, public administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the conservation field is preferred.
CompensationSalary: $80,683.County benefits includehealthinsurance, vacation, sick time, and IPERS.
