** We have 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift Positions open *
* We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support die cast production equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair die cast and facility equipment
- Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders
- Perform basic facility maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, general repairs)
- Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities
- Use hand and power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment safely
- Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and plant safety procedures
- Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
- Maintain a strong safety-first mindset
- 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- PLC experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree a plus
- Manufacturing / die cast facility
- Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
40 hour work week
