Read blueprints and use gauges and equipment to make and rework header and secondary tooling for fastener manufacturing.;
Set up header tooling and dies to prints with minimal supervision to meet tolerances.;
Maintain back-up tooling to eliminate header downtime and enhance production efficiencies.;
Follow ISO & IATF
16949 and SPC procedures; provide tooling assistance to header operators as needed.;
Initiate TC/Rs and ECs to improve tooling designs and update setup sheets.
