1st Shift Machine Operator - Manufacturing

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | No Nights

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will operate zinc die cast machines that produce parts used in assembly and powder coat operations.

Daily responsibilities include:

Operate and monitor die cast machines
Make basic machine adjustments
Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running
Safely work with molten zinc
Lift and move finished production parts
Use hand tools when needed
Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
Work with supervisors, quality, and engineering teams

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machines, staying active, and solving problems on the job.

Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Basic math and mechanical ability
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Attention to detail and safety
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime when needed

Education & Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Manufacturing experience helpful but not required - we will train the right candidate

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Mon Thru Fri 7 AM to 3 PM
40 Hour Work Week
