Production Worker - Anodizing Technician

Gemini is looking for a 2nd Shift Anodizing Technician to join the team at our location in Decorah, IA! This position is responsible for learning the anodizing and finishing processes. Wage Range: $18.49 - $24.47 per hour base rate, plus a 10% shift differential

Location: Decorah, IA

Type: Full Time, On-site

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am (overtime is scheduled as needed and hour subject to change)

A day in the life of a Anodizing Technician at Gemini is:

• Inspect PPE & ensure that all safety protocols are in place.
• Test chemical concentrations, PH, Levels, and temperatures in anodizing tanks. Record readings and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare materials/product for anodizing by racking products according to priority and finishes. Verify quality by checking colors.
• Maintain equipment including racks, tanks, filters, and workstation.
• Review production totals and complete reports (hour boards, logs, etc.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• High Attention to detail
• Adaptability to cross-train
• Manufacturing experience
