Stanley Black & Decker - 1304 Kerr Drive - Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and use gauges/equipment to make or rework header and secondary tooling for fastener manufacturing;
Set up header tooling to die prints with minimal supervision to meet quality/productivity requirements;
Read manufacturing/tooling blueprints and prepare tools to meet print tolerances;
Maintain back-up tooling to reduce header downtime and boost production efficiency;
Follow ISO and IATF
16949 and SPC procedures in the toolroom
