Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC is hiring a Bag Operator for the 2nd shift in Decorah, IA. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Pay is $19.58/hr plus $2.25 shift premium and a sign-on bonus. The role requires knowledge of bagging equipment, basic PC skills, and mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities include labeling to meet customer specs, maintaining quality and safety, teamwork, and occasional overtime. Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED and basic math ability.
