Nurse (RN or LPN) - Pipeline Position Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities – Green Lea Senior Living | Mabel, MN

This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for nursing roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application. As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs.

  • RN: $37.00 - $42.50 per hour
  • LPN: $26.50 - $32.00 per hour

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Respond to resident needs and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document care and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support a calm, safe overnight environment for residents.

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MN.
• Previous experience in senior living preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults.
