• Deliver nursing care, including administering medications and treatments
• Observe resident health and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care protocols

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident‑focused care
• Experience in long‑term care preferred, not required
