Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Nights – 8s URGENT NEED – 1 Position Available

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising staff.
• Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, dressing, and bathing.

• Active LPN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license).
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment.
• Ability to work night shifts and variable schedules, including 8s and 16s.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond to patient needs promptly with compassion and professionalism.
• Comply with facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
