Residential Staff Appraiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Appraiser to join our team. As a Residential Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting appraisals of residential properties to determine their value for various purposes such as sales, refinancing, or insurance. You will utilize your knowledge of real estate markets, data analysis skills, and appraisal methodology to provide accurate and timely property valuations. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality appraisal reports.

Looking for either a Certified Residential Appraiser or a Trainee that we can help become Certified.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Certified Residential Appraiser license (preferred but not necessary)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in appraisal software and databases
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current real estate market trends
