Front Of House Lead Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time Front of House Lead Supervisor positions.

Location:

Luther College – 700 College Drive, Decorah, IA 52101. Online applications accepted only.

Full‑time and part‑time schedules; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary. Further details upon interview.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Prior leadership experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
