Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Decorah, IA
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.;
Supervise employees in the Store Manager's absence and direct staff to meet department responsibilities.;
Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.;
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability; communicate trends to Store Manager.;
Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise in alignment with company policies and standards.
