Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They act as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience continuously evolve. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncovering needs and recommending device and service solutions.

• Serve and sell to customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Maximize time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.

• High School Diploma/GED – Required
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment – Preferred

• At least 18 years of age.

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50
Annualized Incentive Target: $6,552
Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T‑Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
