Are you a driven, people-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and creating new opportunities? MWSCO, a family-owned business that values integrity, service, and growth, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with experience in outside sales and welding supplies, but we’re also open to training the right candidate who brings energy, ambition, and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll take ownership of a well-established sales territory with existing customers and work to grow that territory by:

• Developing strong relationships and becoming the go-to contact for customers
• Actively seeking out new business opportunities in your region
• Promoting MWSCO's full line of products and services
• Creating and executing a personalized sales plan
• Providing quotes, placing orders, and responding to customer needs with professionalism and speed
• Coordinating with branch teams to schedule deliveries and service calls
• Staying current with product knowledge and offering demos and insights to customers

• Experience in outside sales and/or industrial or welding supply preferred - but not required if you’re motivated and eager to learn!
• A two-year associate's degree in welding, business, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar software)
• Someone who’s self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
