This is a full‑time position.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 3 pm to 9 pm. Pay: $17-$23.
- Greeting visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner
- Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages for the business line and/or admissions line
- Answering questions about the business or offering brochures with business information
- Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Placing orders for office supplies and maintaining office supply inventory and office equipment
- Gathering information and completing the application form from potential patients and families that call asking about the program
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating calendars
- One year of clerical office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
