This is a full‑time position.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 3 pm to 9 pm. Pay: $17-$23.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner
  • Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages for the business line and/or admissions line
  • Answering questions about the business or offering brochures with business information
  • Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Placing orders for office supplies and maintaining office supply inventory and office equipment
  • Gathering information and completing the application form from potential patients and families that call asking about the program
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating calendars
Qualifications
  • One year of clerical office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
