Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16 / hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) based on either a 40‑hour work week (for full time) or a 25‑hour work week (for part time) and is located at 27 Wexford Street, Needham, MA 02494.
Compensation:

- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior – including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level, warning lights, windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings and clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place items of value in Lost & Found; verify registration and license plate match
- Check fluid levels, add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, tread depth; inspect exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report any warning lights or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
- Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exterior of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, other miscellaneous tasks)
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States; not require sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 18 years old
