Student Intern- Service Operations; Dedham

Position: Student Intern- Service Operations (Dedham)
Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Assist with inbound claims calls from insureds, claimants, repair shops, agents, and other claim participants.

* Set up and extend rental vehicles for eligible claims.

* Process glass claims.

* Handle policy cancellations and related service requests.

* Manage and monitor the eSubro Hub inbox.

* Index claim documents accurately into the claims management system.

* Support adjusters and team members with service-related tasks.

* Gain understanding of insurance claims operations, workflows, and compliance.

* Develop professional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Projects/Opportunities

* Identify process improvements within claims call handling and service tasks.

* Analyze common customer inquiries to suggest service enhancements.

* Gain cross-department exposure by participating in projects or initiatives within Agency Services and Billing Services to understand broader operational processes.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

* High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Energetic and willing to be part of the team
