Student Intern- Service Operations; Dedham

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound claims calls from insureds, claimants, repair shops, agents, and other claim participants.
• Set up and extend rental vehicles for eligible claims.
• Process glass claims.
• Handle policy cancellations and related service requests.
• Manage and monitor the eSubro Hub inbox.
• Index claim documents accurately into the claims management system.
• Support adjusters and team members with service‑related tasks.
• Develop professional communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Identify process improvements within claims call handling and service tasks.
• Analyze common customer inquiries to suggest service enhancements.
• Gain cross‑department exposure by participating in projects or initiatives within Agency Services and Billing Services to understand broader operational processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and willing to be part of the team.
