Toddler Lead Teacher - The Learning Experience Dedham

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay: $22-$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

About the Role

The Learning Experience - Dedham is hiring a passionate Toddler / Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports children ages 2-4 in a nurturing, structured, and play-based learning environment designed to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a toddler or preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment

* Implement The Learning Experience curriculum to support social, emotional, and early academic growth

* Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and quality

* Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates

* Partner with center leadership to uphold licensing standards and classroom excellence

Qualifications

* Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred

* Massachusetts EEC Preschool/Toddler Teacher qualification (or ability to meet requirements)

* At least 1 year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting

* Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred
