Job Title: Early Education Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location: Dedham, MA
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Education Teacher to join a reputable daycare center in Dedham, MA. The ideal candidate will be EEC certified and committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
Schedule:
- Full-time positions available with the following shifts (based on location):
- 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $24/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age‑appropriate curriculum and daily activities
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff
- Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and center policies
- Observe and document children’s progress and development
