Early Childhood Education Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location:
The Learning Experience - Dedham, MA
Pay: $22-$23 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Toddler Teacher - Early Childhood Classroom
The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking certified Toddler Teachers to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning, and positive teacher-child relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children
* Support early communication and social-emotional development
* Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers
* Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
* Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones
* Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
* Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
* Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
* Prior toddler classroom experience preferred
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Reliable and nurturing teaching approach
* Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
