Preschool Teacher - School Readiness Classroom

The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking certified Preschool Teachers to support children ages 3-5 in a structured classroom environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences where children build independence, communication skills, and strong early academic foundations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities

* Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth

* Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment

* Guide children through classroom transitions and learning centers

* Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones

* Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership

* Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

* Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required

* Prior preschool classroom experience preferred

* Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice

* Reliable, patient, and collaborative teaching approach

* Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
