Location:
The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday
We create joyful early learning environments where children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Our Center Directors lead with purpose, support teaching teams, and build strong partnerships with families and communities.
Responsibilities- Lead daily center operations and staff performance
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-quality teaching teams
- Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
- Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget performance
- Build strong relationships with families and community partners
- Director I and Director II certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
