Full-Time, Monday Friday

The Learning Experience is more than a daycare. We create joyful early learning environments where children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Our Center Directors lead with purpose, support teaching teams, and build strong partnerships with families and their communities. The Learning Experience Dedham is seeking an experienced

to oversee operations and maintain program excellence across our classrooms.

• Lead daily center operations and staff performance
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-quality teaching teams
• Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
• Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and budget performance
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners

• Director I and Director II certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
