Early Childhood Education Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA

Pay: $23 per hour, based on experience and Massachusetts EEC certification

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Early Childhood Education Teacher – Inspire Young Learners Every Day

The Learning Experience – Dedham is looking for a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our growing team. If you believe learning should be engaging, joyful, and hands‑on, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Whether you're working with toddlers or preschoolers, you'll create meaningful experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and school readiness in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
  • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support each child's growth
  • Foster children's language, cognitive, physical, and social‑emotional development through purposeful play
  • Build a classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore
  • Guide daily routines, transitions, learning centers, outdoor play, and group activities
  • Partner with families by sharing children's milestones and daily successes
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to provide a consistent, high-quality educational experience
  • Maintain classroom organization while ensuring compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
