Toddler Teacher – Encourage Independence Through Play The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role focuses on helping young children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through engaging, play-based learning experiences.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging daily activities using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• Guide toddlers through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
• Previous toddler classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding of child development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
