Walden University seeks an online education professional to design and deliver high-quality virtual coursework for working adult learners. In this role, you will develop engaging curricula, facilitate interactive online classes, assess student performance, and provide timely, supportive feedback. You will collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and student services to ensure a student-centered, inclusive learning environment that advances Walden's mission of social change and global impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online course content aligned with program outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate engaging virtual class sessions and discussions for diverse adult learners.
• Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and student services to enhance learning experiences.
• Use learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology to deliver and track coursework.
• Apply adult learning principles to create inclusive, accessible learning materials.
• Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to support at-risk learners.
• Participate in curriculum review, continuous improvement, and faculty development activities.
• Maintain accurate course records, grading, and documentation.
• Support Walden University's mission of social change through teaching and mentoring.
