Pay: $24-$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready for a classroom where you can lead, create, and make an impact?
The Learning Experience
- Dedham is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to educators with Infant-Toddler or Preschool qualifications and will work with you to find the classroom that best matches your experience, strengths, and preferred age group.
- Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
- Create positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
- Observe and document children's development
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
- Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
- Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
- Professional early childhood classroom experience required
- Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education
- $24-$26 per hour
- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule
