Civil Engineer Mid-Level – Land Development

We are looking for an individual with 4+ years of experience in land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design.

• 4+ years of experience in utility design and/or land development, concept plan preparation, site design, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• BSCE.
• EIT Certification is preferred. PE is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Grade sites and design post‑construction stormwater management systems.
• Use Civil 3D to prepare alignments, surfaces, cut profiles, and generate contours.
• Assist the Senior Engineer in procuring municipal Land Development and NPDES approvals, including researching regulations and attending agency meetings.
• Coordinate with project team across multiple offices on design, permitting, and construction components.
• Prepare technical reports and plans to acquire permits and permit modifications during construction.
• Research permit requirements and local regulations.
• Provide support and assistance to senior team members.

The position has a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000. Your offer would be based on your experience, skills, and fit for the role.
