In this role, you'll lead systems engineering efforts, from requirements and design through testing and validation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-impact solutions.

- Develop system designs including use cases, CONOPS, and requirements management
- Collaborate with software teams to define and refine system specifications
- Create and execute test procedures to validate system performance
- Support full system lifecycle from design through integration and validation
- Lead cross-functional coordination and contribute to integrated product teams
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree)
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, or related STEM field
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with software teams to define system design specifications
- 3+ years of experience in requirements development, system design, and test execution
- Experience with SNMP, REST APIs, and network configuration/troubleshooting
- Familiarity with virtualization tools (ESXi) and VM configuration
- Experience with MBSE tools such as DOORS or Cameo
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates
- Experience with protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark
- Background in UX/UI design or integrated product team environments
- Ability to lead initiatives, work independently, and apply AI-driven innovation
- Position is fully onsite in Dedham, MA
- Work schedule will fall between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
