Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Dedham.

We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.

We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes. Our approach is assent-based and individualized, supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Our model integrates the Whole-Child Model.

• Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) and administrative tasks.
• Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
• Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
• Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
• BT Managers for performance and operational support.
• BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.

• Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
• Clinical Rounds and company-wide meetings on All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical topics.
• Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.
• Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.

• Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.
• PTO:
  Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

• Productivity:
  Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month.
• Base Salary: $81,700 and $102,200.
• Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours.
• First Year Signing Bonus:
  Up to $5,000.

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.
