Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
• Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
• Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
• Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
• BT Managers for performance and operational support
• BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing

• Internal CEUs and virtual trainings
• Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
• Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV
• Growth into leadership
  , training, consultative, and operational roles

• Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually
• PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months

• Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
• Base Salary: $81,700 and $102,200
• Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours
• First Year Signing Bonus: Up to $5,000

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
