Clinical Director

Riverside Community Care seeks a Clinical Director. Independent Licensure is required – LMHC or LICSW.

The Clinical Director provides training and mentoring to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who provide recovery oriented, clinical mental health services. The Clinical Director exemplifies recovery-oriented services, creating a respectful work environment, actively engaging people in community services, and participating in continuous quality improvement. The role includes guidance and support in clinical documentation, engagement strategies, risk mitigation, and therapeutic interventions.

The Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical supervision and assisting in selecting intervention strategies for persons receiving services in both group living environments and in their own homes as part of the community we serve.

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours;
Monday - Friday with hybrid opportunities.

Pay Rate: $85,280.20 per year, salaried.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate others, promote collaboration among team members, and foster a cohesive work culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to provide supervision and guidance.
• Willingness and ability to engage with stakeholders such as the Department of Mental Health, healthcare providers, and families.
• Participation in an on-call rotation and scheduling flexibility.

• Master’s degree and independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) required.
• Four years of related experience.
