• Compensation: $70/hr - $80/hr
• Flexible Hybrid Role: We offer remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms.
  Telehealth isdeterminedby the BCBA whenit'sclinically effective for the client and BT.

As a BCBA at Cortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.

You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'llhave the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.

  You’llhave full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
• Administrative Support: Focus on what you do best—clinical care—while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you with more time to focus on your work and patients.

• Master’s degree in human services ora related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
